All Customer Sales are Final

Due to the unique, personalized nature of custom products, I don’t offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has started. 

Order Accuracy

I encourage customers to double-check all custom details before submitting your order. I will create your product based on the information provided at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I would be happy to assess the issue and may offer a replacement or repair at my discretion. To process your request, I do require a photo evidence of the damage or defect.
